What We Do

Heavy Duty Corrugated Machine

We possess both an oblique type and a straight semi-automatic high-speed corrugation machine. These machines are equipped with hydraulic actuated roll stands, allowing them to produce up to 5MT of single face sheets per day. The corrugation machines come with automatic sheet cutters that can be operated using both chain and gear drives, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in production.

Heavy Duty Auto Sheet Cutter

The NC Cutter is a semi-automatic production line that includes a paper roll stand, a corrugated cardboard converting machine, and a paper cutting machine. This advanced production line is highly efficient and capable of producing a variety of single-side corrugated paper sizes continuously. It is ideal for medium and small-sized paperboard carton manufacturing factories, offering improved technology and large production capacity.

Glue Pasting Machine

Our glue pasting machines are specifically designed to accommodate variations in ply counts. We operate three of these machines, each capable of producing a minimum of 2,000 boards in 5-ply and 1,500 boards in 7-ply per day. This translates to approximately 2MT per machine per shift, ensuring a robust output to meet various production needs.

Thin Blade Cutting and Creasing Machine

This machine employs a thin knife for cutting and creasing, which results in a clean, sharp edge and minimizes crushing. This enhances the appearance quality of the cardboard and the overall quality of printed materials. The machine's precise cutting and creasing capabilities ensure minimal waste, thus improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Four Bar Rotary Machine

The Four Bar Rotary machine is utilized to crease, score, and perforate paper and cards, making them easier to fold. This machine is designed to speed up the folding process, ensuring a uniform and professional finish. It is an essential tool for enhancing the quality and efficiency of the folding process in carton manufacturing.

Combined Rotary Slotter & Printing Machine

This versatile machine can handle a maximum sheet size of 180 x 240 cm. It is capable of performing cutting, creasing, printing, and slotting operations simultaneously. The combined rotary slotter and printer machine can feed an average of 3,500 boards per hour, making it an efficient choice for high-volume production environments.

Slotter Machine

Our slotter machines are designed for precision slotting of corrugated cardboard. They are essential for creating slots that are critical for the assembly of cardboard boxes. These machines ensure accuracy and consistency in slotting, which is vital for the structural integrity of the boxes.

Stitching Machine

Our stitching machines are precision-engineered to provide accurate and standardized stitching for carton boxes. With a maximum length of 62 inches, these machines are available in both angular and straight models, boasting a capacity of 300 stitches per minute. They are designed to meet high-speed production requirements while maintaining the quality of the finished products.

Double Colour Flexo Printer

In addition to our primary production equipment, we have additional machinery for emergency production needs. This includes one rotary slotter and one double colour flexo printer, along with three stitching machines and three pasting machines. These machines ensure we can meet increased production demands without compromising on quality.

Heavy Duty Die Cut Machine

Leveraging our extensive industrial experience, we offer PDQ Die Cut Boxes, which are widely used for packaging various commodities. These boxes are manufactured by our skilled workforce and are available in a variety of sizes to meet different customer needs. Our die cut boxes are known for their eco-friendliness, supreme quality, durability, and excellent visibility.

This precise machine offers accuracy and standardization in box stitching, with a maximum length of 62 inches. It is available in two models—angular and straight—and has a stitching capacity of 300 stitches per minute. This machine is ideal for high-speed, high-precision stitching applications in carton manufacturing.

Box Gluing Machine

Our box gluing machines are designed for high-precision gluing applications in box assembly and packaging. These machines ensure strong and consistent bonds, contributing to the overall quality and durability of the finished boxes. They are an essential component of our carton manufacturing process, enhancing both efficiency and product integrity.
